Some years back, I did a survey of 88 women, about 20 in each age category: 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 and 50-59 which found that the one's who think about sex most were in the 30-39 and 40-49 category! I was surprised no doubt. I thought that maybe it was because the younger gals were getting the real thing more...but apparently not.

Let's face it, men do it all the time. I'll bet these women's husbands do it without them knowing. And its a healthy way to get off when there isn't enough time for sex. This as opposed to getting his sex fix elsewhere.

I received two emails the other day, both from women. I gathered from their emails that both are married. Well, the short of it all was that they opposed my idea of encouraging women to masturbate, saying that it is not natural. Sex should be saved for their spouses.

Where do I even begin? Now clearly, these women have not watched Animal Planet or Discovery. Nor are they aware that it won't make you bald. Doctors have for the longest time asserted that its a good way to release stress as long as you don't overdo it. I mean if masturbation replaces outright sex, than you really got a problem. That's pretty obvious.

Most women I know do it, although quite a number do harbour feelings of guilt after. That does not mean that it's wrong. It's just like when you reprimand your kid for being naughty but feel guilty after. It's not wrong that you did so yet the guilt comes anyway.

With masturbation, I feel, it's a really sensual thing when your other half knows what you are up to. Sometimes, schedules just don't fit well and you have this build up of horniness that begins to make you feel a little uptight.

Out with the toys and problem solved. Your mood is better, you work more efficiently and you avoid the risk of jumping on the next man that comes around...so it's socially a good way to keep to societal's norm, wouldn't you say. If not, there will be horny men and women fucking each other all over the place! And women around their late 20s to 30s onwards, are as horny as horny can get.
